By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or using any service provided by Super Ducts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Super Ducts provides professional Air Duct Cleaning, Aeroseal Duct Sealing, botanical Duct Disinfecting, HRV cleaning, and Dryer Vent Cleaning services. The scope of work for each appointment is confirmed at the time of booking and may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may vary if on-site conditions differ from those described. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
We strive to arrive within the scheduled window and will notify you of any delays. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Property Access & Condition
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. Super Ducts is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions that cannot be reasonably identified prior to the start of work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Super Ducts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
